I have two HP-2's that I program and update using Sentinel.
My friend has two HP-1's and has asked me to update their firmware and data base.
I connected them to my Sentinel and I can't make it work. Sentinel doesn't seem to recognize these two HP-1's.
I tried to download a second Sentinel thinking I could use the other Sentinel for the HP-1's. That doesn't work.
I have to believe there is a way to do this.
If someone out there knows how to do this, could you walk me through this like I'm a two year old?

Does the PC recognize the HP-1 as a drive when you plug it in (and select "Mass Storage" on the scanner)?

If you use Internet Explorer to look at that drive, are there files in it?
