I cannot update the Firmware OR the Datebase on my HomePatrol 2.
When I try to do so i get an error message UNABLE TO CONNECT TO REMOTE SERVER.
I use Windows 10 - Windows Firewall/ Windows Defender.
I use Comcast High Speed Internet as my Internet Service Provider.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have the HomePatrol 2 handheld model and for me not being able to update my radio has been an ongoing issue for months now, the only other thing that I can think of that would possibly cause the problem is that maybe the original SD card that was in the radio when I purchased it was either defective or full. I just received a new larger SDcard in the mail the other day though. When I have time I will try to update again and see if the new larger SD card solved the problem.
