I am not able to update the Home Patrol Master Database OR the HomePatrol Firmware on my Home Patrol 2. I have checked with my Internet Service Provider COMCAST CABLE to see if they are blocking any FTP traffic and Comcast tells me that they do not know what I am talking about.
I am using Windows 10 and Windows Defender. I recently created an Exception in Windows Defender to allow the Uniden Home Patrol software, I still get an error message when I attempt to update the Home Patrol Database and the Home Patrol Firmware, telling me that the software was unable to connect to the remote server. Any help would be appreciated.
