For Dickson County Tennessee, the Central Dispatch (for all city, county police, fire, and medical) moved from the analog frequencies listed in the database to a new trunked based system. Based on the FCC filings FCC ULS Freq. Page 1 and FCC ULS Freq. Page 2, I verified most of the fixed based frequencies containing actual dispatch traffic with some channels also carrying tone traffic with voice.
Fixed: 453.3875, 460.4375, 453.2375, 453.6125, 453.8375, 453.6750, 460.1875, 453.8750, 460.4625, 453.3250
According to www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=2449, some channels might be monitorable. However, other notes, including the first post in this thread, indicate that they are using the Passport system, which is being migrated to a NXDN system. If this migration has occurred, then the Dickson agencies cannot be monitored with any scanner.
The system is a Passport system, which cannot be trunktracked. Until they switch to NXDN, you'll be able to hear comms if programmed conventionally, but you won't be able to consistently follow individual conversations on the system.
