For those of you who are licensed Amateur radio operators, and those who are not but monitor the repeaters.
Could you please have a look at your local 2 meter and 440 repeaters in your area and clean up the database for them.
Here in Michigan, there are many listed that have the wrong call sign, wrong location (repeater moved) they no longer support RACES/ARES.
I think the more information we could provide to RR the better.
Do they have a net/ is the repeater linked, is it a club or private repeater, do they use it for Skywarn ?
Best on of all, is it still actively on the air.

Thanks

Here is their requirements. That eliminates a lot of repeaters FWIW.

A.R.E.S. frequencies and repeaters used for emergency and Skywarn Nets only!
R.A.C.E.S. frequencies and repeaters used for Emergency Mgmt. and Homeland Security Nets only!

Good point thanks.

Pretty bad when the repeater coordination group here in Michigan has the wrong info for many repeaters. Guess HAMs really are lazy.

I gave upon RR for Ham - those policies IMHO are @%@#^@%#@^. But they do not want to be a repeater DB. With so many radios, software and not just Uniden now using the DB they need to change.
