Fixes the "Conventional Discovery Mode" bug (hangs on P25 control channel during discovery).

1: All analog conventional channels now have a 200ms to 300ms squelch tail.

I do not see this.

2: Monitoring the MARCS APCO an active talk group now hangs 4+ seconds after transmission before releasing back to control channel. Once the radio releases the voice channel there's a loud "pop".

I do not get the "POP, but the 4 sec hang time is an issue. I also manually set some for 0 delay and it still experiences a 4 sec delay.



3: If the system is busy and another group uses the voice channel before the radio releases holding voice channel, the display will show the the previous group the radio hung on but audio is from another group.

Can verify this also - not sure if it also reflects on recordings.

4: Monitoring the MARCS-IP P25 yields no audio improvement.

Agree.

I have 2 side by side so will be doing comparisons with and without - so far I see no improvement and some severe issues.
