so you need to have the latest firmware update in the HP1 to properly decode it. For the HP1 that would be version 2.04.01

The latest firmware version for the HP1 available through Sentinel is 2.05.03

Can I check my version? I do have the latest. Ron

Yes you can....

From the main screen on the Home Patrol, select MENU --> ADVANCED MENU --> scroll down arrow --> VERSION INFORMATION

What does it say there for the date of the database and the version of the firmware?

.

Your firmware is good, but your database is over a year and a half out of date. Database updates are available every Monday through Sentinel.

I always update the Firmware and Update MASTER HPDB Under UPDATE. Is there something else I should do? I hit update firmware than hit update master HPDB than I unplug the unit and I think it updates. Hope I'm doing this right. Thanks Ron
