Hello and thank you for any help.

Not sure why, but I am getting an error message when attempting to load conventional frequencies. I get a ShowConv: 340 Control array element '0' doesn't exist.

Any suggestions for a fix?

I pre-ordered ARC585PRO on 2 Feb 14. After the purchase was made, a beta version of the software was made available to me. I tested it and found it unusable for my needs. I requested a refund. You refused stating that software was not refundable because a version of the software is available pre-purchase to test. No software was available to test.

Why are you keeping my money???

Pat,
Uniden has no relationship with Butel who makes that software. And worse is that Butel will not give refunds.
