I pre-ordered ARC585PRO on 2 Feb 14. After the purchase was made, a beta version of the software was made available to me. I tested it and found it unusable for my needs. I requested a refund. You refused stating that software was not refundable because a version of the software is available pre-purchase to test. No software was available to test.
Why are you keeping my money???
