If so then it could just be a reception issue. No idea how far you are from an actual tower. Do you know much about that counties systems.

It looks like Punta Gorda PD,Charlotte Co. Fire, all the sheriff, school buses, corrections are on the same system.

It's a simulcast system - have you installed the latest update 2.04.01 ?

Pause it, arrow at the top (of the 3 lines) on the HP.
select next and keep going through until you see Charlotte Co, Then select the 2nd line and scroll through looking for Charlotte Sheriff.

Just tried that and I load 666 channels, of course I can't receive them. Sheriff is in there. I'd go thru and avoid a lot that you don't need.

The range is 25 miles, It is simulcast. and i have flipped through all the services all of the are in . Im not recieving any of them. Please tell me you know whats wrong. lol lol. Do you think I should reset the radio an start over ?

1) What firmware version is in the HP-1?
2) What version of Sentinel are you running?
3) What version database is in Sentinel (shows in the bottom left corner)?
4) What version database is in the HP-1?
