OPSO and WMPD are on the LWIN network but I don't see them on my HP. Range is set to 30 and I selected all services....Help

Do you mean Orleans Parrish? What is WMPD?

Orleans Parrish is certainly in the dB, but without knowing where you are, there is no way to diagnose selection.

What database version is in your HP-1?

OPSO is Ouachita Parish Sheriff and WMPD was West Monroe PD. In my efforts to go live I didn't update the database. Most of the agencies in Ouachita Parish went to the LWIN (project-25) trunking system and were not in the pre-loaded database. It helps to read the instructions......Sorry for the false alarm and thanks for the quick response.
