Home Patrol appears to have updated every county in Montana except for Sheridan. The link listed above includes all the updated frequencies. Can this be updated?

The above link is just a dump of the FCC database. Unfortunately, the FCC does not keep track of the specific usage of the frequencies they license (just the licensee). Frequency dumps can't really be used, since there is a bit more information needed in order to turn the data into information.
www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?ctid=1639
shows the information available to HomePatrol at the current time. If you have information regarding specific frequency usage and other details (for example, PL tones in use, channel modes, etc), click SUBMIT on the left side menu of the page I linked to and submit the information to RRDB. The information from RRDB is automatically included in HPDB after each update.

I wouldn't have access to this kind of info.

Moved to the Montana forum, where someone who has local information is more likely to see it. Of course, from Texas the Montana channels are totally unreceivable, so there is no way for us to know how the channels are used until reported.
