I would suspect that they are switching over to the post-reband frequencies. As of a few minutes ago, RadioReference does not yet reflect any system changes. Assuming this is the reason, it is likely that the information will be updated at RadioReference by this weekend, and the updated system will be in Monday's database release.

If you don't want to wait until Monday, you can try to make a post-rebanding version of the system in a Favorites List. First, append the system to a Favorites List. Then, edit the "Primary" site (click on the star with pencil icon to edit) to change all the existing 86x.xxxx frequencies to the post-reband frequency by subtracting 15 MHz from the current frequency. (Don't change the 85x.xxxx frequencies.)

Finally, on the site's "Band Plan" tab, change the type to Custom and enter the following as the band plan:
Lower Upper Spacing Offset
851.0250 854.0000 25.000 440
851.0125 868.9875 25.000 0

So when when the update or if the update is made next Monday I just update the database then send to the scanner and life will be good?

As long as you are just scanning the main dB, yes. If you are scanning the system from a Favorites List, then you'll need to replace it in that Favorites List.
